654 Stainless Steel Manual Mixer has a 20 pound capacity and makes sausage making simple. Put the seasonings, water and meat into the hopper and turn the handle. Mixes in just minutes. Hopper and four mixing paddles are stainless steel, making them easy to clean and rust resistant. Includes plexi-glass cover. Tub size: 11" (L) x 8 3/4" (W) x 11" (H). This mixer is manual only; it will not attach to a LEM grinder.
