Description

A regular grind, this 6mm Plate is great for coarse sausages such as Summer, Salami, Pepperoni and Snack Sticks. Each plate is 2-3/8" diameter and has 6mm (1/4") plate holes. Hubless so they can be used on both sides. Remember when changing your knife to change the plate at the same time for optimum performance.
